The Georgia Tank & Equipment Contractors Association was formed in 1991 by several contractor companies. Bill Greer, who was the Vice President of Watkins Service Company, Inc. was very instrumental in organizing this trade association for petroleum equipment contractors and was selected to be the first Executive Director of the association.
